Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow paced practice that targets the connective tissue (fascia). This practice is mostly seated, and uses props and blocks to support the body during long holds. This can be a meditative practice as you are encouraged to connect with emotions and sensations in the body. 

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a contemplative practice that brings awareness to the present movement by noticing the breath and observing thoughts. Rather than chasing a thought or staying in an emotion, the practice of mindfulness allows you to create space, notice patterns of thoughts, and allow for choice when responding in the present moment.  

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice, connecting movement and breath. The focus is on targeting muscle groups and moving energy through the body through repetitive movement that builds heat as the practice unfolds.
