Transformation through patience

Sabr yoga, comes from the Arabic word Sabr or patience. Through my yoga practice I learned how important patience is in life and I ground my wellness offerings in being with the present moment (with the good, bad and all that life brings us) and invite you to build a more patient mindset when approaching your life.
